Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges: You receive FREE shipping and handling on all orders over $125. Orders that are up to $50 dollars in Total will incur a $6.50 shipping and handling fee. Orders of $50.01 and $124.99 dollars in total will incur an $9.50 shipping and handling fee.

Package Size & Weight Limitations:

Individual FOOD packages must be limited to 35lbs. This is equal to 530oz of product; please note that 30oz is reserved for the weight of the box and any packing materials.

If you order over the phone with a customer service representative, they will notify you of your orders weight. When you fax or mail in your order, Sendapackage.com assumes the right to remove items at our discretion until the order meets the package size, weight, and content limitations and restrictions.

Return Policy

We guarantee satisfaction on every product we sell with a full refund. Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase for a refund.

We will refund you for the total purchase price, including the shipping, as soon as we verify that the item has been returned.

Price Matching Policy

As a service to our valued customers, sendapackage.com is proud to offer price matching. We will match any institutional dealer’s price. Price matching is only applicable to identical items and must be in stock. Store coupons and rebates do not apply. Please call our Customer Service at 1-212-PACKAGE (722-5243) for price matching. You must have proof of the online advertisement and the date and time offered. Please Note: Promotional items, one of a kind sales, auctions, open box sales, coupons, verbal price quotes and other promotions may not be eligible for price matching.

New Inmate Discount

Send a Package is home to over 1,500 products pre approved for New York correctional system, and we'd like to offer each inmate a opportunity to save. Our new inmate Discount Program will allow you to receieve an exclusive offer. Each new inmate order will receive a 10% discount. To be included in the program, customers must be making an order to inmates that have not already received a send a package package and are new to our database. The promotion may not be eligible for price matching.
